HICAP UPDATE e-Connect is a feature for those delegates who have opted in, which allows you to communicate with other registered colleagues before and during HICAP UPDATE. This provides a quick and easy way for you to network and schedule meetings before and during the event.
In Advance and Onsite – This feature allows you to search our database of registered delegates to find the person you wish to communicate with and once you find the person in the registration list, you may send them a message. Your e-mail address remains confidential, as all messages are sent through the HICAP UPDATE e-Connect application.
All messages are sent to the e-mail address you provided when registering for HICAP UPDATE. The message comes from event management and states “You have received a message through HICAP UPDATE e-Connect.” The e-mail contains a weblink that when clicked, connects you to this webpage – HICAP UPDATE e-Connect login page.
